30-day change-of-mind returns
You may request a return without giving a reason within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will provide return instructions and the destination address.
You are responsible for return postage and safe packaging for a change-of-mind return. We recommend a trackable service. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law or we agree otherwise.
Wrong, damaged, or faulty items
Contact us promptly with your order reference and photos if an item is wrong, damaged, or faulty. We will review the issue and arrange a remedy, including reasonable return postage where the problem is our responsibility. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome and arrange any refund through the agreed payment channel. Processing time can depend on that channel. Please do not mail a return before receiving instructions from us.
